📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and ordering as needed.
• Process transactions using POS systems like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with promotional activities, including display setup and customer engagement.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or administrative roles, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with POS systems like QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management and customer service best practices.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a strong asset.
