📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage humanitarian aid projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient distribution of aid materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of humanitarian programs using data analytics tools.
• Ensure compliance with international humanitarian standards and local regulations.
• Provide training and support to local staff and volunteers.
• Participate in emergency response efforts as needed.
• Represent GCI at local and international humanitarian forums.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Humanitarian Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in humanitarian aid and program management.
• Proven experience working in underserved communities.
• Fluency in English and local languages.
• Certification in Humanitarian Logistics or Project Management.
• Strong understanding of international humanitarian law and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
