📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing inventory and warehouse operations, including stock taking, receiving, and storing goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Support the logistics team in planning and executing transportation routes and schedules.
• Use SAP and Excel to track and analyze logistics data, including inventory levels, order statuses, and transportation performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics team as needed.
• Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations and support our company's mission to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel to different locations within Bali as needed.
