This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from IDR 40,000,000 to IDR 52,000,000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to the company's management and operations teams
• Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international laws
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions
• Advise on employment law matters, including recruitment, termination, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in legal practice or relevant professional qualifications is a plus
