Outsourcing Associate - Global Compliance & Reporting (Remote in Bali)

As part of the GCR team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations, providing critical support to our global clients. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of compliance and reporting, including data analysis, document preparation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with our global team to ensure that our clients' financial and operational activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to contribute to the success of our international clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Support the compliance team in ensuring that all financial and operational activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and disclosures, including annual reports, quarterly reports, and other regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of compliance and reporting tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Assist in the preparation of audit working papers and other documentation required for audit engagements.
• Support the team in the preparation of tax compliance and reporting activities, including tax filings, tax audits, and tax advisory services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance or reporting role, preferably in an international firm or organization.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
