K3 Specialist Inspector

PT Aginatandra Karya Mandiri is a trusted name in the construction and hospitality industries, with a strong presence in Bali. We are currently seeking a dedicated K3 Specialist Inspector to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects adhere to the highest standards of occupational health and safety (K3).

As a K3 Specialist Inspector, you will conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and employees to foster a culture of safety and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in K3 standards and contribute to the success of our projects in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections on construction sites and hospitality projects
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with national and international K3 standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain safety management systems
• Provide training and guidance to employees on K3 practices
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to promote a safe working environment
• Prepare and submit regular safety reports
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a K3 Specialist Inspector in the construction or hospitality industry
• Certification as a Professional Safety Inspector (PSI) or equivalent
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English
• Knowledge of K3 standards and regulations in Indonesia
• Experience with safety management software such as SAP Safety or similar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
