As a CAPA Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met and that processes are continuously improved. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the CAPA system, ensuring all corrective and preventive actions are properly documented and implemented.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality issues.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
Monitor and track CAPA actions to ensure they are effectively implemented and maintained.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met and processes are continuously improved.
Provide training and support to employees on quality compliance and CAPA procedures.
Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Generate reports and dashboards to track CAPA performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality compliance and CAPA systems, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Certification in ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, or a related quality management standard is a plus.
Proficient in using CAPA software such as SAP QM, IBM Quality Manager, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the manufacturing sector.
