📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to kitchen appliances and systems.,Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety compliance.,Order and manage inventory of spare parts and equipment.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in kitchen equipment.,Document all maintenance activities and keep records for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.,Knowledge of various kitchen equipment and their maintenance procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid certification or license in kitchen equipment maintenance (preferred but not mandatory).,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
