📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure they have the tools they need to do their jobs effectively.,Maintain and update documentation for IT systems and processes.,Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions.,Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
