Sinar Mulya Mandiri is currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for the restaurant. This role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant's menu.,Stock and manage inventory of food supplies.,Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the required standards.,Participate in the daily planning and preparation of food for the restaurant.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
