In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement security protocols and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of all facilities and assets,Monitor and respond to all security alarms and emergencies,Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches,Develop and implement security protocols and procedures,Train and supervise security personnel,Maintain and update security records and reports,Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Valid security clearance and certification,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Experience with CCTV systems and access control systems is a plus
