📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
