📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
