📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the safety and security of warehouse personnel and inventory.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management software.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
