We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team at ION Lestari. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and employee management.
