📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct telephone calls and inquiries.,Schedule appointments and meetings.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle mail and packages, and ensure they are delivered to the correct department.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.,Monitor and record visitor and customer information.,Provide information about the company and its services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
