📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies.,Assist in the inventory management of coffee beans and supplies.,Ensure a clean and organized coffee shop environment.,Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Participate in coffee tastings and training sessions.,Assist in the preparation of coffee-based desserts and snacks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with coffee equipment and supplies.,Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
