📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their banking needs are met.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.,Assist in the opening and closing of the bank's cash vault, ensuring proper security measures are in place.,Answer customer inquiries and provide information on banking products and services.,Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of banking services.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role (preferred but not mandatory).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of banking products and services.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and procedures.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
