📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Coordinate with production teams to address any issues or bottlenecks.,Conduct regular inspections to maintain production standards and safety.,Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies.,Support the production supervisor in performance evaluations and training programs.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Assist in the management of production resources and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
