📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process and ensure timely payment to employees.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.,Provide guidance and training to junior accountants.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
