📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Monitor and manage the budgeting process, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with medical industry accounting standards and practices is a plus.
