📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff management and scheduling.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or sales management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
