Providing direct patient care and medical services,Assessing patient needs and developing care plans,Administering medications and treatments,Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in condition,Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care,Maintaining accurate and complete patient records,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans,Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing,Registered Nurse (RN) license,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
