In this role, you will lead a team of engineers, ensuring that all technical projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure that our technical infrastructure supports our business objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the technical operations of the F&B projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Implement and maintain technical infrastructure, including ERP systems, POS systems, and other relevant software.
• Monitor and optimize technical processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of leading technical projects to successful completion.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant F&B software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar relevant certification is a plus.
