📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Support the HR Director in strategic HR planning and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of managing HR functions effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
