📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee the performance of the branch staff and provide guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor branch financial performance and report to the regional office.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Represent the bank at local business events and networking opportunities.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff.
  • Drive the growth of the branch through innovative banking solutions and services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the banking industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and financial services.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing a branch in a similar role is a plus.
